SPEAK UP FOR YOUR NEEDS

 At times, you think that people will look at you and know what you want but things do not work that way! Speak up for your needs, it might be what will help you.

People in Nigeria are tired of asking the government for help because even the things they are meant to do naturally, they have not been able to do so talk more of the ones you now ask of them!

In Nigeria, our hopes are always dashed due to bad governance. Gone are the days when a child would wake up and dream of schooling on scholarship! Today, if you try it, you will find yourself in the gutter. As if that is not enough, so many policies will rob you of your lifelong dreams!

There is no perfect politician by the way but some things are expected from those who are in power! Giving excuses will not work because some people put you there! By now, Nigeria is supposed to have had a new crop of politicians but it seems that we keep recycling everything including what cannot hold a pen.

Let's not be bitter but ask ourselves relevant questions. Given the opportunity, some people would do worse than those in power now because they do not have the good interest of others in mind. Nigeria has become a dirty den but I wonder when it's going to be good! Some people run away and want to come back when things are good but I want to let us know that there was never a time things set themselves in order on their own accord.

I stand to be corrected but I believe that Nigeria can only be good if we all work together.
